Sponsorship Agreement

1.     The website is operated as a community service but is not (yet) officially sanctioned by any branch of Town Government, although some Town Offices or departments may choose to display their own information on the site.

2,      Bartlettnh.net is not recognized as a non profit entity but your sponsorship may be considered a deductible business expense. No part of this project will be supported by taxpayer funding.

3.     Your sponsorship entitles you to the space in the website that you have signed on for. Dave Eliason will construct your copy and post it to the site.  You are also entitled to make changes once every two months at no additional charge.  More frequent changes will incur additional charges in proportion to the complexity of the change. 

4,     You may create your own copy if you prefer and provide it to Dave in an acceptable format. Your content must be relatively simple.  

5.     You will see examples of suitable content and formats as you peruse the bartlettnh.net web site. Complex materials, like menus and price lists, must be submitted in a pre-made digital format.  Lewd, obscene, derogatory or insulting material is not permitted, nor are complicated formats, flashing or glowing elements, audio nor movies in any format. Dave Eliason, as the editor/owner, makes the final call about what is acceptable.

7.     Satisfaction is guaranteed by Dave Eliason (You know where I live!) for the term of your sponsorship and pro-rated refunds will be granted if at any time, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your sponsorship.
